Nope. First and foremost, the President cannot grant a “blanket” pardon. They can only grant pardons for specific acts. So, let’s say he were to pardon her for anything having to do with her email server. That would not protect her from any other charges.
Second, a president’s pardon cannot prevent a subsequent president from either procedural obstruction in the congress, or an impeachment and conviction by congress.
So… there’s no real upside (and a lot of attitudinal downside) for Obama to pardon Clinton on the way out.
